Where should I fly into? 

• If flying into Mexico, the closest airport in Cancun (CAN) International Airport in Cancun. Mexico. ​

How do I get from the Cancun Airport to OZEN?

• ​We will have a shuttle service taking people to and from the Cancun Airport ​to OZEN resort in Playa del carmen, Mexico. Approximately a 40-minute drive. We will reach out to you via email closer to the event to arrange. There will be a shuttle fee per person. 

​

Is there parking available?

• Yes, there is some parking available on-site. However, parking is limited so best to shuttle in or carpool if possible. Again, we will reach out closer to the event with directions and parking details.

Can I stay off-site?

• Yes, if you are a local or visitor who wishes to stay off-site that is ok. Please buy your ticket for the festival and you will be all set.

Will there be a shuttle service from Tulum?

• We would love to arrange for a shuttle service from Tulum. This is currently in the works, more details to come.

What time is check-in and the first event for the festival?

• Check-in begins at 3pm on March 25th at the resort. Please try to arrive close to this time to get settled into your room. 

• The Opening Ceremony will start at 5:00pm. Please do your best to attend as this gives you a lot of important information plus sets the stage for your weekend with us.

Is food included with my ticket?

• Yes, if you are staying on-site your ticket includes a fresh vegetarian breakfast, lunch and dinner. 

• If you are staying off-site your ticket includes lunch and dinner at the resort.

What if I need to eat meat?

• Meals with meat can be provided, however, this will be a special meal ticket add-on for carnivores. Please add your dietary needs in the ticket notes or reach out directly for us to arrange and for price.

What time is check-out?

• Official check-out for this event is 11am on March 29th 2027.

• If you would like to or need to stay an extra night afterwards this can be arranged with the resort for an affordable add-on fee. Please feel free to reach out to us to arrange.

Is public nudity allowed?

• Generally, no public nudity is not allowed in most common areas. Nudity is allowed at the pool, during certain workshops when dressing down is an option, or in your room.

Is this a conscious kink event?

• No, this is not a conscious kink or lifestyle event. While conscious kink is a wonderful practice and we have seen a trend in crossing over with Tantra in recent years this is not the vibe of this event, You won't see these workshops here. However, you are welcome to bring sensory toys explore with friends in your private space.

What is the vibe of this event?

• Think yoga and wellness festival with an emphasis on Tantric and sacred sexuality teachings and practices. This is a sacred sensual event where potency, depth and practices that get you high on bliss is a focus. Where safe, sweet embodiment and connection can take place. Classy, fun, high vibe and expansive. To explore your juicy aliveness and sexual energy in a grounded, integrated and fun way.

What should I bring:

• ​We will send an email out closer to the event with a detailed list. Some basics: natural bug repellent. breathable clothing, swim suit, reef safe natural sunscreen, sandals, a small headlamp or flashlight, passport, yoga/active wear, and portable fan for room or to wear. An open mind, good vibes and pure intentions.

Will there be an extra events happening before or after the festival?

• Yes, currently we are going to have an IPSALU Tantra Kriya Cobra Level 1 Intensive: Learning to Live in Bliss course starting March 22nd and will conclude the morning of March 25th. This is a wonderful way to get familiar with Tantra, start building some community and ground in deeply before the festival. If you are attending the festival this course will be a discounted add-on. 

• There will be an after glow event add-on as well. Details coming soon.

What is your cancellation policy?

• ​Tickets are non-refundable. You may sell and transfer your ticket, reach out to us for assistance. 

• Ticket insurance is available through a third party company, select this option when purchasing your ticket for reimbursement due to you not being able to make it to the event. This would be processed through that entity directly.

• If the event organizers cancel the event tickets will be refunded. ​​​​​​
